We hope you love your NuMe Fashion Sportswear! But if for any reason you are unhappy or change your mind about a product you purchased from us online, we do accept returns with the following conditions:
– Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.
We will refund the purchase price, or exchange (only available online)
Online purchases refund free shipping Nationwide in South Africa.
The items must not be underwear, where possible all refunds will be returned to the original forms of payment, otherwise, an alternative refund tender will be offered;
Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached);
You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return.
How do I return an item?
Exchange or return should ALWAYS be reported via email to our Customer Service: Amoco@numefashion.co.za. Through this contact, we will analyze what happened and take the necessary steps.
How long does it take to be refunded?
After it is received by the Returns Department, please allow from 5 to 10 business days for your refund to be applied back to your account.
If you have not received your refund, please check your tracking information and allow 5-10 days after receipt from our department to be refunded.
Can I exchange an item?
Online Purchase can be exchanged under the following conditions:
– Exchanges are for the same style. Sale items can only be exchanged for the same style and colour.
– Original purchase must be unworn with tags still attached.

Will I refunded the full value?
When approved, any returned products with all packaging and original tags intact will be given a full refund excluding any shipping costs.
